Hey guys, this is pretty much my first tutorial, let me know what you think.

Source: http://www.learntode...ead_tutorial/3/

I'm not sure if i'm allowed to just post the URL? If not i'll add all the content later.

Hope this tutorial helps someone! I'm also looking for tutorials and tutorial writers so let me know if you're interested (unfortunatly not a paying job).

The tut is well written, but the technique and outcome aren't impressive.

Its basic and nice enough, but nothing really "impressive" as Bryan said.

One tip - reduce the grey space above and below each logo preview - 1. it takes long for the user to load and 2. costs you more bandwidth! Seeing as the grey background is not important you can just chop it off smile.gif

By all means leave it for the final preview - looks nice there!

Completely right, very basic and the outcome isn't hard neither different, but we can't please everyone i guess! But hopefully someone will learn something from this tutorial.

Thanks for the comment.

Thanks for the comments, i'm working on something a little more detailed so should have it released later this evening or in the morning. The tutorials are aimed at beginners but with knowledge of how the program works, i'll write a detailed navigation tutorial at some point as well covering the basics, then possibly link back to it from every tutorial i create.

Thank you,
Jamie
