Another great color tool is Adobe Kuler.
It allows you to adjust and save color schemes online and download it as an air application.
Another awesome feature is that you are able to upload images and save color schemes based on the colors of the image.

I'll co-sign on that. Kuler is a very, very neat tool. Clean UI and rich content. You can practically find any color to portray your image the way you want to. Usually very descriptive color scheme names as well... things like "Japanese Garden" or "Out at sea."

Kuler indeed, been around for a while now. Great resource. And colourlovers.com too btw
