I like the splashes but for some reason it is too distracting for me, I focuse more on the spashes rather than the text (introduction - it kind of makes some letters hard to read, I can still read the message but interferes a lot) and menu.

I love the colours though. And the submenu idea! Just one question, how are you going to program this (big resolutions and background? Seems very hard to tile).

In all honesty I dont know. Possible create the bacground again on a larger scale, but have the splashes end, so then if need be it just is the colour background.
