Hi,

Could you please take a moment and check out my new Green Directory? It's still in "beta" so there will definitely be a lot of bugs and errors needing to be sorted out. And for the moment the directory is only compatible with the internet browser Firefox, and to some extent Opera. I hope I will be able to find and neutralise all the bugs (now didn't that sound a bit starship troop'ish?) during the coming days.

Please be as brutally honest as possible as it'll help me more. smile.gif

Thanks!

How do you tell if a website is "green"?

I don't think there's a requirement for the website to be "green". It's just another little link farm covering a fashionable niche. PHPLD sites are all the same, a collection of uninteresting links to some website you'd probably never otherwise visit: no sense of community, participation, no separating the wheat from the chaff or any other factors which might drive people back to the site again and again.

The sites listed doesn't have to be in the colour green. But they have to be related to the topic "green".

Hopefully thats not what this site will end like. smile.gif I am still working on it and learning PHPLD. In the future it will be more integrated with Green Blog and Enviro Space.

And this green directory is just a way for me to learn more about the directory niche so to say. I have a much bigger directory project on my mind.
