Coda and Espresso (1.1).

Espresso is very close to being made my more dominant editor (Coda is at the moment!)

In the past I've used Dreamweaver and more recently Notepad++, but I'm starting to use NetBeans for major phprojects simply due to all the advantages of proper IDEs over the simple text editor that Notepad++ really comes down to.

I use Zend IDE for php programming and Dreamweaver for the design parts. I think zend is the best PHP developer tool.

While I use TextMate, I've been giving Espresso a try for the Mac, I'm not really liking Espresso that much, but it does give a good feel to development in a weird way haha.
