Please, let Jamie do this. I only volunteered if no one else wanted to do it :)

(I doubt I'd "win" anyway!)

I'm not sure about that, your board project looked sweet, looks like you also know what you're doing ;). But I guess it's sorted then?

Awww I hate to see these kind of topics, mostly because I'm too modest :( Gareth/Blambu (me) will take an equal role? haha :D

I don't think thats a bad idea at all, I quite like it to be honest, and it gives 2 different views on issues and management. What do you say Gareth? :)

I like the idea of doing them 50/50, less stress on just one person and then if one person isn't available one day the other would be and can get things going. plus like sam said different views.

Otherwise i say Jamie simply because it was his idea in the first place and then cause Gareth is a pain for me to get ahold of haha!

I think that there should be one manager, though. The bad thing about having two views is the fact that it can lead to conflicts etc etc.
However I'd be up for being a sub manager or something?

Regarding the conflicts, I see where you are coming from and that it might become uncomfortable. I doubt that you nether Jamie would be stubborn and listen to one another, I'll let you guys talk about it.
