I've made this post a sticky so everyone new to xHTML & CSS can browse through all the links specified here and hopefully help them with their web development one way or another. Feel free to post any links and resources that you feel will benefit other community members.
This sticky will be kept updated as much as possible, so if you find a deadlink please post here so we can delete it or edit it accordingly.

Not a huge list at this moment in time, but some of those resources will help tremendously if you trial and error. Some of the links may contain older versions of HTML code but the fact is if you can learn the basics, whether it's valid code or non-valid code you'll be off to a flying start. Once i get some more time i'll get some more links created and contained in specific categories.
Hope this small contribution helps someone. Feel free to post any links or errors and i'll edit it the best i can.
Thank you,
Jamie Hann
