I don't know about your query, but here's a few suggestions:
First of all, check your site out on a lower resolution. Not pretty. There should be no horizontal scrolling. As a general rule, requiring over 1024x786 to view the page is a bad idea, but checking it out on right down to the low ones is a good idea.
Secondly, check your grammar out. There's nothing that puts businesses off commisions like iliterassy. (I'm instead of Im is the one that stuck out like a sore thumb for me)
I hope I've been helpful!

Absolutely, yes that's possible. There are various techniques which can be used. A basic concept would be to have a tiled background with the main hill image overlaying that.

That's probably not such a good idea.

Id like it centered on the main content area, and the hills to extend across whole window.
The CSS for that isn't too complicated.

I'm not really sure I understand what you're saying here.

maybe i'm missing it, but i couldnt find "im" on the page? maybe just my eyes though.
In the sidebar you have an image which says "Hey! Im currently available…".

thanks peter, Il get the sidebar "im" changed, didnt notice, is this the only one you could find (onyl i could) if so thats a easy change. also by not wanting it to the left i meant;
When you visit the page, it automaticaly is set so the hoisontal scroll bar is all the way to the left, meaning the actual layout seems pushed to the right, and off center, I was wondering if there was a code that could make it so by default the scroll bar was set centered, thus the layout would be perfectly centered.

Aaron, lol easy fix bro. Instead of making your background at the standard 1024 x 768. try a few tricks i use.
Make your background larger. I prefer to use 1400 x 1200. this in turn make the page larger but, when you code the page set the size of the pic to 1024 x 768. you dont lose clarity or function. Make sure to use the original pic at 1400 x 1200 but in your code you can change the size of it.
Rule of thumb : Make pics larger then you will be using. then when resized down, they gain not lose. if you make a pic at 800 x 600 and you set resolution is 1024 x 768 you will lose pixels or clarity. You have to accomodate all the different screen sizes today. Most people are using 17 inch or larger monitors. i use a 22 inch. so i make all my designs at my screen size. then depending on what im doing it for i resize the image to a size just a littl bigger then what i need.
