This forum is great, design wise, code wise.

I have a suggestion.. How about put custom fields for experience in web design... I remember doing this on an IP.Board installation once.

Such as:

Area of Expertise:

Developer or Designer

and

Level of Experience:

Newbie

Beginner

Intermediate

Advanced

Master

What do you think, Sam?

I actually think this is a great idea! Not sure about using the term newbie though. Maybe Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

I like the idea, again newbie isn't offensive, it's used on quite a lot of big sites!
